SERVICES & BOOKING

Appointments offered through The Intuitive Nurse are subject to availability. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee an appointment. Your session is confirmed only after your booking request has been reviewed and approved.

Please provide accurate contact information when requesting an appointment. Any information needed to prepare for your session, including location details where applicable, will be communicated after booking.

Clients must be at least 18 years of age to independently book a service. Services for anyone under 18 require the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Payment instructions will be provided as part of the booking process. Unless otherwise arranged, payment for in-person services is accepted by e-transfer.

CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING & MISSED APPOINTMENTS

Life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and missed appointments may be subject to the full session fee. Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may require advance payment for future bookings.

The Intuitive Nurse reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment when necessary. If this occurs, reasonable efforts will be made to arrange an alternative time.

REIKI & HOLISTIC WELLNESS DISCLAIMER

Reiki, intuitive guidance, grounding practices, somatic awareness, nervous-system education and other holistic practices offered through The Intuitive Nurse are intended to support relaxation, self-awareness, reflection and general well-being.

These services are complementary wellness practices. They are not medical care, psychotherapy, counselling, diagnosis or treatment and are not intended to replace care from a physician, nurse practitioner, mental-health professional or other regulated healthcare provider.

Although Melissa is a Registered Practical Nurse, services offered through The Intuitive Nurse are provided in a separate wellness capacity unless explicitly stated otherwise. Participation in a service does not establish a nurse-patient relationship.

No particular physical, emotional, energetic or other outcome can be guaranteed. Experiences and responses vary between individuals.

If you have concerns about your physical or mental health, please seek assessment and treatment from an appropriate healthcare professional. Never delay or discontinue prescribed medical treatment based on information or services provided through The Intuitive Nurse.

SPACE CLEARING & BLESSING

Space Clearing & Blessing services are offered at the client's home, office or other agreed-upon location and are generally available within the Grey-Bruce area.

Pricing begins at $120 CAD and may vary depending on the size and location of the space, travel requirements and anticipated length of the service. Final details and pricing will be confirmed before the booking is accepted.

Sessions may incorporate practices such as Reiki, sound, intention-setting, smoke cleansing, aromatherapy or other intuitive practices. Please advise Melissa in advance of allergies, sensitivities, building restrictions, pets or preferences regarding smoke or scented products so the session can be adapted appropriately.

Space clearing is a complementary wellness practice. It is not a substitute for professional cleaning, remediation, pest control, environmental assessment, medical care, mental-health care or other professional services.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital products associated with The Intuitive Nurse may be sold through third-party platforms, including online marketplaces. Payments, downloads and certain aspects of the transaction may therefore be processed by the applicable third-party provider and are also subject to that provider's terms and policies.

Digital products are provided for personal, educational and self-reflective purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any physical or mental-health condition and do not replace individualized medical or mental-health care.

Because digital products are delivered electronically, refunds or exchanges may not be available after purchase or download except where required by applicable law or the policies of the platform through which the purchase was made.

If you experience a problem accessing a digital product, please get in touch so reasonable efforts can be made to help resolve the issue.

Unless otherwise stated, website content and original materials created by The Intuitive Nurse—including written content, workbooks, journals, worksheets, graphics, exercises, educational resources and digital products—are protected intellectual property.

Purchasing or downloading a product grants you a limited licence for your own personal use. Materials may not be copied, reproduced, resold, redistributed, uploaded, shared publicly, modified for resale or represented as your own without prior written permission.

Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
