Service Description
A focused 30-minute reset for when you’re feeling overwhelmed, heavy, overstimulated or simply a little off. This shorter session offers intentional space to slow down, settle and reconnect without needing a full-length appointment. Your session is personalized to what you need that day and may incorporate Reiki, grounding practices, gentle nervous-system support and intuitive guidance. Think of it as a pause button—a chance to step out of the noise, regulate and leave feeling a little more grounded and clear. Ideal for busy seasons, first-time Reiki clients, between-session support, or those days when you know you need a reset but don’t need a deeper 60- or 90-minute session. You remain fully clothed throughout the session, and no previous Reiki experience is needed. 30 minutes · $60 CAD Reiki is a complementary wellness practice and is not a substitute for medical or mental-health care.
Cancellation Policy
Life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and missed appointments may be subject to the full session fee. Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may require advance payment for future bookings.
