Service Description
A deeper, unhurried Reiki experience designed to create space for rest, intuitive exploration, release and integration. Your 90-minute session begins with a brief check-in to explore what you’re carrying and what you need most that day. From there, your session is personalized and may incorporate Reiki, grounding and nervous-system regulation practices, somatic awareness, sound, crystals, aromatherapy and intuitive guidance. The additional time allows us to slow down, notice what’s arising and support a deeper reconnection with yourself—without rushing the process. Ideal when you’re navigating a heavier season, feeling disconnected or depleted, moving through transition, or simply wanting more time and space to restore. You remain fully clothed throughout the session, and no previous experience with Reiki or holistic practices is needed. 90 minutes · $130 CAD Reiki and other holistic practices offered within this session are complementary wellness practices and are not substitutes for medical or mental-health care.
Cancellation Policy
Life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and missed appointments may be subject to the full session fee. Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may require advance payment for future bookings.
