Service Description
Settle into a restorative 60-minute Reiki session designed to help you slow down, release tension and reconnect with yourself. Your session is personalized to what you need that day and may incorporate Reiki, grounding practices, intuitive guidance and gentle nervous-system support to create space for rest, reflection and reconnection. You remain fully clothed throughout the session and can simply settle in—there is nothing you need to prepare, perform or figure out beforehand. Ideal when you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, emotionally heavy or simply ready for intentional time to reset. 60 minutes · $100 CAD Reiki is a complementary wellness practice and is not a substitute for medical or mental-health care.
Cancellation Policy
Life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and missed appointments may be subject to the full session fee. Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may require advance payment for future bookings.
